I get turned off when they looksmax the wrong way (fillers, overly aggresive rhinoplasty, too white and opaque veneers), because it always leads to the same bloated pillow face and screams low IQ.

The ones that are smart and do their looksmaxxes right, like ie fat transfer instead of fillers, a natural looking rhinoplasty, refractory veneers made by a skilled ceramist, etc...those look stunning and very natural.
