Well, I guess you're looking for surgical advice, right? You're already at the point of diminishing returns, where outside of surgery, very little you do will give you significant benefits.

If you wanted to ascend as much as possible:

1. Trimax
2. Vermillion advancement (optional, but I believe doing it for a very small result would benefit you)
3. Subnasal lip lift (optional again, but I'd do it to reduce the nose columella, nothing lip related)

If you're not psychotic:

1. Genioplasty

Could those work? Maybe, but the effects of exogenous drugs are pretty unpredictable and non-specific, I'd just go for the genioplasty honestly. Also, I believe your zygos are good already, unless you're trying to model for Louis Vuitton or Versace, I think improving them further would just throw off your harmony.
