Tbh this is me. I play just for the heck of it. I don't have an expensive pc, or a high refresh rate monitor, expensive mouse etc. Not saying that I would be a pro if I did but I probably won't suck as much but I still have fun which is all that matters to me

How does that make sense, the best chess players don't sit and think of hypothetical scenarios, they actually play the game and over 1000's of games they acquire game knowledge / game sense.

it might be different compared to a hero shooter with 3 lanes and different roles but the fact is the only way you trluy get good is if you play thousands of games. the point im making is i have played more games than anyone and im still trash.

Depends on what game you are talking about. FIFA is not the same as Rocket League for example.

Going pro is not guaranteed, at that point OP point is valid, but you should get really good if you make efficient the time you play.

That makes sense. With ADHD, it’s tough to stay focused long enough to improve or practice. It’s like your brain is constantly jumping to the next thing before you can fully lock in on what you’re doing. The lack of coordination and poor motor skills don’t help either. I haven’t really played any games seriously in years, so if a friend invites me to play, I’m pretty much trash too.
