Hello. I am 23-year-old man who wants to know what are his facial defects and how to improve his appearance through surgery. Can I send my pictures? I suspect that the cause of most of my issues is determined by the fact that my face is too narrow; if this is the case, how can I improve my look? Thank you in advance.
