Why Does Aqualyx Bloat You So Bad?
Aqualyx is an aqueous compound solution that works by altering the surface tension of the fat cell membrane and increasing the permeability of the membrane. Through this process, “The buffer system within AQUALYX ensures that the 12alfa-dihydroxy-5beta-24oico cholanic acid sodium salt is delivered to the target area.” (Consulting Room, n.d., para. 9) Its concentration of sodium deoxycholate is bound in a slow-release galactose-based polymer matrix, which causes the longer chipmunk-esque swelling you often see. The swelling isn’t an indicator that the compound is more effective than Lipovela; rather, it’s simply the mechanism that Aqualyx uses. Unless you prefer a 30% body fat facial angularity for a longer period of time, then I’d say Aqualyx isn’t your best choice, as it has a longer recovery time than the latter (Lipovela).

Aqualyx Won’t Convert You Into a Buccal Fat Removal Graduate After 2 Sessions. Use Lipovela.
I believe there’s this shared psychotic belief in the community that Aqualyx is this untouchable face fat dissolver. If you complete reading this thread, you’ll understand that their concentration of sodium deoxycholate, which is the main cause of fat necrosis, is practically equal. “The ingredients (of Aqualyx) are a polymer from 3, 6-Anhydro-L-Galactose and D-Galactose (0.5%), buffer systems (4.2%), sodium salt of (3α, 5α, 12α) - 3, 12-dihydroxy-5-cholan-24-acid (7.5%), water for injection purposes (87%), and sodium chloride (0.8%).” (Consulting Room, n.d., para. 8) The highlighted text shows that the ingredient has a percentage of .7%, while Lipovela has a relatively close amount, varying between .5% and 1% (I couldn't find a source for this, although HJ Corporations claim that to be the case—don't crucify me). The reason that Lipovela doesn't bloat you so badly is because it does not have a slow-releasing gel agent but rather the “Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and Sodium Deoxycholate work together to disrupt and dissolve fat cell membranes. Once broken down, the fatty acids are released and naturally processed by the body through metabolic pathways.” Then the L-carnitine “helps transport these released fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are converted into energy instead of being stored again as fat.” (Meamo) This is why it doesn't ruin your skin elasticity but is rather a compound that uses a quick and active form of fat necrosis. So please use Lipovela, as it will have the same long-term results without the embarrassment of an aqua bloat.

TL;DR: Both compounds share a nearly equal concentration of their fat cell killer, but Aqualyx causes slower tissue death with more bloat in comparison to Lipovela due to its mechanism of action. Lipovela, however, won't make you look like a fat fuck. :feelshah:
