How old are you and are your growth plates still closed? If not, HGHmaxx and Sleepmaxx to the best of your ability and hope that at least you get to 5' 6 or hopefully even 5' 7 (think this is the mininum height in which your facecard can give you leeway). Your eyecolor honestly halos your eyeshape but do get what @ShowerCelling told you to do (ofc with a good surgeon obv).

As for you other attributes, they honestly aren't that bad. Indian coloring is usually terrible but with you in most pictures in the sunlight it is in the lighter side so that mostly makes up for it. You have hollow cheeks and an aesthetic jawshape that fits your face really well. What I would suggest is to keep the haircut in your first page but also fix your skin cause it seems there is some breakage and acne there. Overall, at least with your face card it is not totally over, but at the same time you would do much better honestly with just a taller height that you probably should do LL for (IF you have good porportions too. If you have longer arms that your legs do it till it reaches that aesthetic perfect porportion seen in male models. Otherwise, it will be super obvious that you have done LL since you will have t-rex like arms).
