In these pics you'll see the difference between 12% bodyfat (still healthy!) vs 7% bodyfat (absurd). Yes, you'll get cool hollows, but your eye area will go to hell, and you'll just generally look much worse! These are both digitals so similar circumstances for best effect. The slow climb back up to healthy bodyfat levels has been rough for me, and I wouldn't wish on anybody else. Use me as a cautionary tale. Will post an update when I felt ove gained enough weight back!

It's the lighting that makes eye area look weird

How'd you even get to 7% and did your hunger levels balance out so you stopped feeling it eventually? Getting that low takes a respectable amount of discipline.

its easier when you have less muscle

if all your bones are showing and you have hollow cheeks then what's the point to lose even more weight?

I'd say I'm pretty gifted with my hunger tolerance.

Not the case with me.

I was too big for most clothes on the runway. But I no longer care about adhering to that.

Really? Because of the metabolic rate increasing from muscle mass? If so this makes sense as I'm gym maxxed and feel hungry as shit when I diet.

I dont see a difference

That's never gonna change, point of this post is a warning.

Fair. People who do will benefit, and those who don't, hopefully the lesson is still learned.
I think 10-12% is good enough anything less is cope. What makes you look uncanny is the cheekbones and dark beady eyes

what happens in this cases? like you wear them but don't look as good as a slimmer model, or do they give the same clothes to someone else?

Agreed here. If you don't looks good at 12%, you'll look worse at 7. And yeah my Zygo mass is very jarring in some lightings, but at this point, I'm comfortable enough with my looks that now health is my main concern.

Well usually it's not a problem, but I'm taller than my listed height by an inch and a half, and my frame without muscle is wide as a door. I was legit ripping clothes. Nuff said.

And that's what matters really, just be happy with your appearance and be healthy! Life is long, and it doesn't end at 45. The consequences of what we do in pursuit of beauty at such a young age will reverberate through our later years in life!

Both were outdoors with softbox flash as required by most definitions of digitals. If you don't see a difference I can point it out to you better in DMs if you'd like.

Beyond what I just posted id have to go to that same exact spot on that same exact wall in that same exact time of day just to explain to you guys that when my fat pads get depleted, my eyes SINK INTO MY SKULL, and it creates a nasty shadow and discoloration.

If even more continuity is needed, I'll have to update my digitals again after I'm done rebulking. I'll go to the same spot as the "too lean" one. Give it maybe two months I'd say.

Much more apparent here, I’m personally 8-9% (I like the look the most for me) but I won’t go lower and I’m currently trying to build muscle now
Good on you then brother! As long as you're being honest with yourself, and watching your health markers!

you still look great tho

A lot of that has to do with muscle mass.. your head looks to big for your body at that weight because of weak shoulder m neck area.

Scroll up, I have more muscle than 99% of this forum

I'm at around 12% right now and I'm wondering what is the lowest I could go before I start to lose my fat pads and start looking way too skinny/unhealthy.

It's totally individual. But rule of thumb is: if your face already has bones popping, and hollow cheeks, you probably shouldn't be going much lower!

Yeah thats a fair point. Do you think some of the damage is irreversible or will you be able to look as you did at low 10s?

I'm already back to that look tbh.. at least imo. I feel like my health markers are all good now.

You got pretty shredded. I think very few people look good sub 10% face wise

7% is way too low. 10-12% should be more than enough to show your bones.

Agreed man, it's your collagen and fat pads that just go out the window in that state.

Agreed, however some people really do look pretty good at 7%. Kinobody is such an example imo.
