I'm 17. I have a passport photo of myself from a couple of months ago, before mewing, and I went to the same photo center and took a photo with the same head tilt and the same focal length. My nose lengthened by 1-2 mm vertically along with my lips, which is why my mfr became 0.97 instead of 1. My eyes didn't change much, but they seemed to have less support. I did hard mewing for 45 days, 16-18 hours a day. Luckily, I stopped in time. Now I'll work on reverse rotation counterclockwise. If your sutures are still loose and you decide to hard mew, apply pressure to the middle and anterior palate. You only need to apply pressure to the posterior palate when soft mewing.
