Okay so do I fix this with Botox? I did indeed clench a lot cause it felt natural to meYou have tmj. You gotta stop clenching. If your teeth are in contact when you aren't chewing or swallowing that's a bad habit. Whenever you notice your teeth touching slightly separate them. You are gonna break the habit that way.
No you don't need botox or any other bullshit injection. Just stop clenching and you'll fix it. Like I said whenever you notice your teeth touching, slightly separate them. Of course in chewing and swallowing they should touch, but only when doing those things.Okay so do I fix this with Botox? I did indeed clench a lot cause it felt natural to me
Okay I’ll stop clenching and should I massage my Masseters to release tension ?No you don't need botox or any other bullshit injection. Just stop clenching and you'll fix it. I got tinnitus it also relates to TMJ, do I need to go to a doctor that treats tmj?No you don't need botox or any other bullshit injection. Just stop clenching and you'll fix it. I don't think it matters, most important thing is to stop clenching. You shouldn't forcefully relax the masseter, but you shouldn't flex it either. Just slightly separate the back teeth when you notice they are touching. It takes some patience but it will make things better for youOkay I’ll stop clenching and should I massage my Masseters to release tension ?
Start by trying to fix your habit. If after a few months it has not improved you can go see a doctor.I got tinnitus it also relates to TMJ, do I need to go to a doctor that treats tmj?
