Please give a routine to get lean

I cant decide on what to do, I have been making progress but its so slow ill never lose weight at this point. Please give a routine I can stick to that will guarantee me losing weight.
I have never been good with understanding how food works, but I know that I have to cut carbs and fast food out. For the most part I've done that.
I cant go to the gym so at homes options are preferable.

Try to structure your diet around foods that are very filling.

Lean chicken breast + potetoes is not just a meme you know. It works extremly well.
 
So I just the most fillings ones on the list?
what about exercise?
excersise is the most obvious thing to do, how are you talking about leanmaxxing then saying this???

I am exercising, but I want to know EXACTLY what to do and what is the best way to leanmaxx
 
on a side note: is there any way to tell what bones you have before losing weight?

count fucking calorie and WEIGHT everything

When you cool meat and use 2 spoon oil abd don't count them its 200 fucking calories

When you don't weight good you get 10% more 30 cal, 10 times a day it's 300 calories

Simply count calories, start with 200 cal defecit and decrease a bit every week. Do moderate cardio 20 minutes a day. Take stims (use with caution obviously) and alpha yohimbine for apatite supression.

Eat 500kcals less than your TDEE would be the smart approach.

Starve yourself for a couple days and then repeat the dumb one.
