i’ve heard that nose shape is permanent and only real way to change the cartilage itself is unfortunately by surgery. though some still suggests different kind of non surgery methods to fix it. so i’m kinda confused and not really know what to do to my nose rn. does nosetape actually work? and if so how so?

Hydrocortisone might work for a little soft tissue change but it can and will wreck your misc if you use it long enough. Rhinology or rope
