you've got decently broad shoulders and a small waist, only weakpoints are the abs and forearms. Dont fall for gymcel propaganda jusut maingain at your current bf percentage

Decent frame, just put on mass, but not fat, then lean out. PEDs would be extremely beneficial but has its risks.

thanks, but im kinda frauding w the waist in the picture in the mirror. thats where most of my fat is stored, i’m cutting out sugar and candy to solve it

Solid physique for only a month in the gym, just don’t fall for bulking propaganda.

How old are you btw?

Would only recommend enhancing if you’re committed and/or get the dosing right via either research or guidance because high e2 is the last thing you want.
 
no, i understand lean is law.

i’m born 08 so i’m 16 turning 17 in about 3 months, also for now i mostly train for female apeal so right now i don’t have much of a interest in enhancements, but things can change.
