so i found a soloution funnily enough since i had the exact same problem.

try microneedling every 3 - 4 days at the lines with a derma roller and after abusing that you will look quite iflammed but you put on a vitamin c serum 5 - 10 mins after that, it will burn the whole day, but it will improve slighty more and more you do it
my folds are almost non existant now, also you got to debloat
