Please help eye area eyelid droop

My left eye looks irritated and the eye lid is more droopy then the other, it has been like this for like a week but it doesn’t hurt and doesn’t feel irritated can someone help what should I do

No one can notice asymmetry ur problem is just uee and hollow undereyes
