Canthoplasty? What to do?

My canthal tilt is positive but they look negative and droopy.
I spoke to chatgpt and what it said made sense. They are very hooded.
My eyebrows are really low for both eyes (good thing ig for eyelid exposure) and my right eye has the eyebrow is a few mm lower (asymmetry), and that eye looks more negative than the left.
Is there anything I can do to fix this for both eyes? Any procedure?
I am sick of having this bad eye area.
