PLEASE HELP: Flat not sending key to get in

Ok so 2 weeks ago I lost my key to get into the block of flats in which I live.

So last monday I ordered a new one. This monday I rung them up and they said it would take one or 2 days and it was sent that day. Today I rung them and they said they sent it today and it will take 1 or 2 days.

It's not gonna arrive is it and they took my 20 pounds so I'm fucked what would you do

ask to borrow their key and make a replica. then charge your landlord for the cost of gas+cost of the key.
