what foods ik cut sugars and sodium but like what else shouldi cut and what should i eat
literally just eat real food, cut out anything processed and eat things like red meat, fruits, eggs. avoid refined carbs, high gi foods etc.

i try to cut processed foods when i can i usually stick to red meats like beef or steak and chicken sometimes i mostly eat apples bananas and kiwis but wdym refined carbs cus like before the gym i usually eat like 100G of carbs should i stop?

refined carbs are carbs from processed foods. they cause a rapid spike in blood sugar which in turn raises your insulin resistance which in turn can cause bloating.

i go to the gym almost every day but i cant some days and i eat like decently healthy most days and sleep is usually good anything else

is teat not dangerous at all young age rn im 13 almost 14 but ive heard that test can mess up your natural hormone production and you shouldn't take until 15+
