i wanna go on a aggressive cut but if i cut too much ima be shaky and somewhat weak since i’m already a lanklet and i’m not gonna have the strength to blow my gf back out aggressively without shaking like a chihuahua what do i do


and no this thread isn’t a joke, literally what do i do

Well if you don't have any strength you'll have to get yourself some, but obviously impossible with an aggressive cut

eat moderately below maintenance, that way it wont be slow like slight cut nor you wont turn into a stick like on aggressive cut. say ur maintenance is 2500 eat at 1600, not 1000 or 2100. i think u get what i mean

yea but he wants aggressive cut but also dont wanna turn into skeleton. i think thats okay-ish. 1700-1800 is also good

i have been eating around 1400 calories a day and i feel great, mood better, scale looking better, and also better perfomance in sports, just eat healthy
