so I went to an endocrinologist and that nigga gave me 2.5 letrozole after seeing my blood exam results and I dont remember what she told me about whats the routine to take it



now im seeing people say 2.5 mg is too high and gonna get your e2 to zwro and close your plates, and some other say 2.5mg is optimal for everyday use, I only have 3 months left till growth plates close

bro e2 is what causes plate closure
if u had zero e2 it would delay plate closure not close the plate
epi plates don't work like that
only reason u wouldn't want e2 zero is brain development and e2 is somewhat good for bone mineralisation or smth like that
but nah your good if u feel like shit just lower it u want ur e2 to be like 15
