Accutane and you can get some implants for your feminine brow ridge and for your narrow jaw double jaw surgery for your down ward growth and you can get filler to fix your lips and just hop on minoxidil

first try tretinoin (like Tretinoin cream USP 0.1%) if that doesnt work use accutane, dye ur eyebrows a darker colour, and if that still doesnt work for the jaw area try oral minoxidil with derma stams for the beard to hide the chin and give it a better side profile and front if u keep more hair on ur chin.

start training hyoid, get on something pharmaceutical for your skin, dye your eyebrows darker or just thicker your choice which ever looks better, and building your masseter muscle just a tiny bit

True, he needs projection so if he can't get it, he should just get an implant or just fake it with chin hair/beard

yeah but again hes young i think focusing on improving other areas is much better. Than later he can do that but just in general growing a beard with a better skin and colouring his eyebrows can go a long way.
