Best way to find out what will work and what won't is to go to an orthodontist- specifically one that can do a cbct scan of your skull to find out your skeletal maturity (how mature your bones rly are) and whether or not relatively non invasive appliances would work.

is depends on your forehead and chin. Stick with the long hair since you have slight chin recession and need to cover part of your forehead to balance it out. You prolly subconsiously noticed this yourself which is why youre doing it

Ye a bsso should fix it. Other than that if you don't want to move your mandible and only your chin you could look into a genioplasty. I recommend consulting a professional for this tho, cus there's no way to assess what exactly can be done/needs to be done from one pic of your side profile. Plus professionals are professionals for a reason.
