Please help me fix my fucking skin before I ropemaxx

I keep posting and not getting a lot of answers but I am genuinely not sure what to do.

Used to have great skin, beef tallow fucked it and the texture never came back:

See a Derm?
GHKCU?
Derma Stamp?
Accutane?
What the fuck do I do.

Got grainy skin, redness, some scaring/pigmentation, tiny holes everywhere, seems aged like lack of collegen?

Really really appreciate any help guys
