Please help me fix myself

I’m so chopped it’s fucking insane, I really wanna lock in and maybe stop being a khhv chud, but I have no clue what to change. All i can think of is my frizzy ass hair and debloat. I’m too broke to get surgery, and if i do itll just be medically recommended mandibular osteotomy, which won’t fix all my recessed features but just fix my diagonal, downwards underbite, and leave me unable to work out for 2 months. I have uneven everything, even hair like son .
