ok trust me here, this worked for me (noticeable results in less than a month). Eat at least 2800 calories everyday, and put AS MUCH RESISTANCE AS POSSIBLE through your body in a controlled way. Example - sit up instead of lying down, strengthening neck and back. Do basic calisthenics. Trust me, chad doesn't just have amazing genetics he also has posture and habits which promote muscle growth
