The faceless pics are my physique..
I’m 19, 6’2 170-175. High level basketballer in university. My goal is to have something similar to the pictures I posted, If not that just a decent looking athletic physique by summer so June- Julyish. Atm I’m doing ppl 5 days a week w a whole foods diet focusing high protein w fats carbs etc. SOMEONE HELP ME WHAT DO I DO. ARE MY GOALS REALISTIC

Don't focus on protein too much. Eat A LOT OF carbs. Train hard. You have good genetics but it will take time to achieve that

I don’t wanna use it, but what should I do about the aesthetics part? Let basketball do the work regarding that part? Or shall I do some form of cardio at end of my workouts

carb bloat is a myth.

The only people afraid of carb bloat are the boneless ones

Bloat is caused by salt:pottasium ratio, water intake and usage of diuretics

honestly dude just do anavar with test base and u will have the best physique out of ur peers

calories will help you get rid of your 11yo phyisque. carbs just happen to be the most convient way of getting those calories in.

Ok then as for like the aesthetic part how do I go about that, and leanness. Should I like try my hardest to beef up cleanly for a few months then cut down before Summer ?

hop off of ppl and do more research

Incorrect my friend I eat lots of butter, ice cream and fancy cheeses.
