I am honestly very afraid of war and I am in the military.
I dont feel safe anymore and I constantly think about dying in a war and it affects my sleep and my life in general.
It really affects my wellbeing.

What should I tell her? I am afraid that this will complicate my life later if I want to migrate to a rich country.

my goal is to get discharged for life no way of getting drafted into ukraine trenches or any other BS, I live in a soymaxxed EU country but still it makes me sick that I would have to die in the military if shit would escalate more now ===> it fucks me up writing about it even now

You should try act all anti war and say why its bad and how it can take a huge toll on your mental health, maybe even act a bit insane and your psychiatrist might be able to get you discharged, depends on your country tho.

if this is how you feel; turn it up to 11 in your behavior. Go insane knowing the consequences of fighting and visualize yourself in war with shellshock about to die in front of the psychologist. Make up some stories about being bullied also, better if yrue. Tell them yourr weak deep down.
