I have been told to get ccw rotation and bimax surgery but im 16 and can't for 2 years. I got college next year and want to ascend before I get there. is it possible at all to soft max OR avoid surgery and still ascend maxilla etc?

Since your 16 your palate sutures are still open so you can theoretically get more bone mass and change the skull visibly with marpe and reverse pull headgear, youll get some forward growth and very slight ccw rotation through marpe. It def wont be half as good as surgery but people even after 18 got real good results. Try it out, there's nothing else you can really do.
