Guys do you know how to fix that eyebrows asymmetry? And maybe there are a permanent solution?

Well first off, go dye your eyebrows
If you think they're still not good enough after that go look into Minoxidil. I'd recommend it, looks like you've plucked a shit ton under your eyebrows now

its a sphenoid bone asymmetry issue, if you don't know what that is search for a video on youtube about fixing skeletal symmetry.
