Please help me with my acne and scarring

over the past few months ive been getting crazy acne all over my face and i cant seem to know why and how to get rid of the irritation on my nose. Ive been deinking alot this summer and vaping could that be it? Please help.

Isotretinoin (up to 60mg daily) and tretinoin (slowly build to daily use before bed, start with 0.025%). Also use moisturizer (doesn't matter which, just pick some popular one) and chemical spf 50 sunscreen (MANDATORY, chemical is preferable because it isn't visible on the skin, but you can try mineral if you like). Also obviously do the basics such as avoiding sugar, milk, trying to sleep well etc. But that's mostly cope, isotretinoin and tretinoin will do most if not all of the heavy lifting. I have La roche posay 50+ tinted sunscreen anthelios 400 is that ok? Also where do i get iso and tretinol? And i have cetaphil moisturizer but i think its making it worse. Ive been microneedling 1%ghk-cu everyother night for the past two weeks not much progress also any help on the nose irritation?
