I notice that the skin under my nose and on my chin is very dry; I am currently on a 10mg isotretinoin regimen. At night, I use a La Roche-Posay cleanser, 0.05% tretinoin, 20% azelaic acid, and moisturizer; in the morning, I use a La Roche-Posay cleanser, Effaclar H Iso-Biome moisturizer, and Eucerin sunscreen. My dermatologist approved this routine, although when I asked her about it, I was using 0.025% tretinoin. Is this okay, or should I make some changes?
