Help me by giving me ideas on what I should do to ascend

photo of me haven't done any surgeries but im willing to do them I want to make myself more appealing.

im currently on for peptides: Bpc-157, L-Glutathione, NAD+, Tesamorelin, and HGH.
im also oral: minoxidil, finastride, anavar, tuca+nac, isotretinoin.

im willing to take peptides, oral medications, skincare cream literally whatever it can be from grey markets or whatever

please be honest with what I should take or what surgery I should do and please explain what it would do.

for eye area I was thinking of fat crafting and canthoplasty but for hair and eye brows what do you mean like what should I get done like what style for both. and if you do know how do I grow face bones

Bcs it's Human Growth Hormon not bone growther etc. So don’t trust hgh for face-bones
