Yhea bro ur 14 u can only do soft maxes like gym etc.. wanted to recommend roids like tesr,hgh but no money if i were u let genetics play out and hit the gym get good sleep,nutrition and after like 1-2 years get ur money up and buy hgh,test,ai do 0.21iu per kg hgh and test u can run everthing more dose more results(muscle,bonemass) but more sides and u need to do an ai if not say bye to ur growth plates
