Please help what implants can fix this

I’m considering paranasal implants to fix my flat mid face but im wondering if this will be enough to fix my mid face or if I possibly also need other mid face implants. I’m 18 btw so be real with me

idk bro but ur infras and paranasals look underprojected from some of these angles but you would need to consult with a surgeon anyways can u rep my posts
