Please help with this filler situation

Okay so in September i had the luck (or maybe i should say bad luck) to win an ig contest to get 2000+€ of fillers treatment in my jaw and chin for free from a Clinic of a very famous italian surgeon, so i dont think it was about the place being bad. I didnt like them (chin was made too tall, and gonions filler were not made in an aesthetic way i think) and i went to dissolve all the fillers, i had 3 hyaluronidase sessions (1st 14 October, 2nd 11 November , 3rd and Last 10 December) Now i went to a final visit to see how much filler was still there and it surprised me that the ultra sound machine showed there was no filler left, although i still have some of the form of the filler in my jaw , and my chin is too long vertically. (Before chin to philtrum ratio was ideal like 2.25-1 and now its too long like almost 3:1) Does anyone know how to solve this if possibile

the thing is, it has already passed a whole month from the last hyaluronidase injection to dissolve it and it has changed 0 since then

its been 1 month and a half since the last session to dissolve and nothing has changed since
