If you’re making 300k already, look for a remote position in a similar field (assuming the field can be remote). Why would you learn a new skill like coding if your current job is in sales for example. If your resume is impressive you should be able to land somewhat of a downgrade but it will be remote. At the entry level they never really hire remote.
