Ik that this is the worst place to post abt this but im 13 in middle school im popular, i have many friends, Im also highly intelligent compared to my peers at my private school, I get many girls and have not struggled with this. With all of this my mental health is still shit, To note this my brother did attempt, and my dad cheated on my mom before I was born splitting up my family, I do think this has had a minor effect on me but maybe that’s my way of coping, I still blame it on my dad when anybody asks to get out of a situation easily. I’m hopping on mediation but still all I can see in the mirror is flaws, I genuinely am never happy and feel lonely no matter how many people are around me or are my freinds. So If anyone knows a solution other then meds please notify me thank you.
