Please, I want to improve my appearance regardless of what is done, except for hard max (I want to achieve a natural appearance), even if it hurts. I'm a 16-year-old boy, I have a girlfriend, and I consider my appearance average compared to others my age. I've been training for almost 2 years (but one year was practically wasted due to poor care).
