If you only fap once a week you get the same benefits like decreased estrogen receptors, test increase and not fucking up dopamine. Plus playing with your peepee is very fun(in moderation) is very fun. So that's a plus.

Honestly what did you notice on on long term semen retention. I did it for like 10 days and busted a quick one just to see how much cum I could produce. I see the science and personally experienced the benefits of "less fap"(I mean fapping no more than every 10 days). Don't get me wrong, long term semen retention could be good for discipline, fighting porn addiction, porn induced erectile dysfunction or anxiety, but everything other than that seems like a huge cope. If you have problems like the ones I already listed then I guess its not cope for you then.
