Your eyebrows, eyelashes and clear sclera are good halos, but your nose and very noticeable facial asymmetry are not. Maybe it would be worth fixing those acne scars and looking into threads about lessening the size of the nose. You look a bit weird in the photo obviously but I would be willing to bet you would be pretty approachable in real life overall.

I have tmj on my left massater and im mostly likely getting botox to shrink it do you like that it will improve my asymmetry slightly?

Possibly? I've never considered botox or looked into it so it's hard for me to give you any advice regarding it.
