15M 6’ 155lbs clean bulking to 180 lean

DO NOT bulk to 180. I am assuming you are something like 16-18% bf based off measurements and pics but it’s kinda hard to tell without physique pic. Natty gains are slow you realistically can’t expect to gain more than like 10-15lbs of lean mass in your first year or two training and that’s assuming you train optimally which is near impossible as a new lifter. I would recommend bulking at a much slower pace, maybe aim to gain about 10lbs in a year. If you drop some physique pics I can give you some more accurate advice

I’m prob leaner than that 16-18. Also bigger legs for being on skinny side.
I’m aiming for 0.5-0.75 per week, I meant 180 lean as long term goal. I’m working out 5 times per week getting 8 hours of sleep per night. 200g protein 4k calories avg (yes tracked not random number like every skinny guy says)

Also none of these pics were on pump either lol ( not like it looks like they are haha)

Ya ur def leaner than 16 prob like 13-14 i dont think it’s a bad idea for you to bulk. Most people that bulk really dont need to. Anecdotally I gain nearly as much strength in the gym on a cut as I do in a gaining phase. You can prob get away with gaining .5-.75lbs/week but you prob will gain a good amount of body fat. Should be minimal tho ideally you only gain like 1-4 bf% by the end of the bulk. Just put your head down and lock in bro u got this

This was also in creatine loading phase that I forgot to mention lol. Do u have any food recommendations for bulk?

theres a ton of really high calorie foods you can eat that aren't very healthy so i would stay away from all that if you want to look and feel good. When im locked in my diet is just meat eggs and fruit imo those are the only foods that have significant positive impact on your health. Since you are in development still most likely you can def be consuming a lot of dairy ideally would be raw milk but sometimes that isnt feasible. overall would focus on primarily consuming fatty animal foods, dairy, and fruit. This approach should yield the best health outcomes which heavily correlates with looks, and should be fairly easy to get into a surplus eating this way.
