yea also a common misconception is that mtn is average but it is not, ltn is average


since you seem to be in the UK, the absolute average would probably be lltn with a lot of mltns aswell possibly even sub5 in some places because most people in europe are overweight anyway.

i see youngsters occasionally who are hltn too, you wont really see anyone in the UK over this so your competition is really low

Do you have any tips on how to dress or am I fine? I usually opt for a compression shirt with baggy sweats for casual and if slightly more formal then somewhat baggy jeans with a polo shirt.

it sounds good, but you should also consider layering and looking at what colors are best suited to white people

LTN range, work on a better diet with less processed foods which will help with skin, get a skin care routine, drink enough water, take some better pics using guide under ratings category, and sorry to say it but you NEED to shave ur “mustache” and keep clean til it’s real.
