Pretty new to looksmaxing. Hesitated to post on here bc I don't wanna get flamed to hell.

Absolutely clapped on the side profile. Gonial angle is chronically, rope level bad. Would implants fix this or is it just beyond saving?

A bit of a hooked jew nose so I'm open to Rhinoplasty.

You have big downward growth, your face just got super long and i would say 1 or 2
But prefer 1 lefort, It would done a lot

Also, isn't the lefort 1 for midface? How would that help my mandible having grown downwards?

Well ur an interesting case, maybe visit ortho to give u an x ray to see your skull and ask about possible dental issues, but i think that there are surgens out there that would take your case and provide the surgery, And trust me that if u wanna mog softmaxx aint gonna do it
