Its not extremely recessed, but its definately pretty downgrown and is a big part of why his chin is recessed.
You can tell easily because his wwhole lower face is downturned.
When you get more used ro what it looks like u can tell

It is and his gonial angle is nowhere near ideal take another look.
It’s just an illusion from the picture, take an acctual measurement and you’ll see its nowhere near ideal. But yes the fwhr is not too bad but his maxilla is recessed, period.
Some niggers cant accept defeat.
