mirin the eye area - ur eyebrows are lacking volume and darkness I would put sum dye - ur nose is a main failo i would start to tryna work on that, (accutane, hydrocortisone, adapelene) whatever gets the job done

can use accutane even if your skin clear Even microdosing it can get you the nose slimming and avoid the sides

in my greycel opinion using accutane and what not would be cope for him. A nose job would ascend him massively but theres no harm in trying hydrocortisone first.
