hi here are some things i do and about me

i am 16 - 6,2/188cm i go to the gym i bench press 130kg and i am pretty lean
for what i take and do i dont eat goyslop like seed oil's and to much grains i try to eat a lot protein and animal fatt and drink around 1ltr of raw milk a day and i am begining to eat my meat raw

i take 2mg ghk-cu a day and on sunny days i take 250mc mt2 because i dont tan very fast

please give me some tips and a rating please be kind XD
