do all the health stuff, sleepmax, diet train hard.

Train ur neck make it almost as wide as your jaw.

Dont get skin fades because it will make ur ears look bigger.

Be sure to have correct tongue posture (mewing) look it up so ur not doing it wrong.

Also start brushing ur lips with toothbrush and use some kind of lip moisturizer it will fix ur lip coloring. Use aquaphor for example.
