Im fully unfrauded on 2 photos, made no hair, did no colouring, did no cardio before,
The other 2 fotos i made my normal routine but no fully fraud.

U good bro think u like lmtn-mmtn which is impressive, I don’t know much about advices but I think u need to debloat, try sticking to a nice diet with no sugar and a lot of protein. And drink3-4.5 litres of water a day, u can try rubbing your face with ice cube in the morning it really helps.again I’m not someone who can judge or anything but u good bro
