For your lower eye area focus on around 8 hours sleep with plenty of water and for your eye bags reduce sodium intake and apply ice or a cold spoon when you wake up also use caffeine based eye serums. For your upper eye area try not to use your frontalis muscles because it can cause your eyebrows to become higher set and try lower your bf as well as grooming your eye brows to make the more symmetrical ect. To acend you need to debloat and again sodium is hindering that as well as poor sleep and even stress so always try to get atleast 7 hours sleep and limit the sodium you eat.to debloat faster eat natural foods with potassium like bannas, dried apricots (high sugar tho) and coconut water as well as other things like oranges. Forward growth is also a really big part to softmaxing and its really easy if you are young but the main thing you want to focus on is eating hard foods but not too long as it can cause TMJ (bad) and let puberty carry. For your skin avoid processed sugars and use a moisture and cleanser as well as good sleep/water. For jaw line u need low body fat plus mewing (kinda cope) also strengthen your neck muscles as it can elevate the separation between your jawline and neck.
