I would say like high ltn or something like that at the moment, but with the hair and the skin, then it does look like you have some appeal. You do have potential, tho i think you should get a lateral commissuroplasty + some upper lip fat grafting for the narrow mouth and thin upper lip. I think that would ascend you, plus getting lean.
