Imo improving the jaw would ascend you. There is some jaw assymetry, but I'm not sure you can easily improve that at 17

How Can I improve symmetry and ascend

Google what causes jaw assymetry and how to fix it, but at your age it probably isn't possible to fix it. I think some type of jaw surgery would help
